With a background in both performance and the music industry through her work at Tonic Records in Vancouver, Jillian brings a well-rounded and contemporary perspective to her teaching. She fosters a fun, creative, and inclusive environment, and is proud to support her students in reaching their goals—most recently, one was accepted into the UBC School of Music for Voice.

Rio is an experienced dance instructor with a foundation in modern ballet, which she studied from ages 7 to 17 in Japan. During her college years, she expanded her skills by exploring Locking. After graduation, she spent three years working in musical theatre, where she taught dance, singing, and acting to students ages 4 to 15.
